I don't have anything great to say about Samsung, It may depend on project and team one is working, when it comes to me I don't have great team, everyone has poor knowledge of platform they are working on, management has no plans to train engineer's, constant work pressure always, which destroy creativity of engineers. I wouldn't suggest one to enquire about work details to the full before joining if you get an offer, When it comes to job security, you'll have great job security, but very high work pressure environment.

Things depends on team you're working in and your project, my experience is not good with samsung. 1. High work pressure. 2. No training sessions for engineers about domain they work on. 3. Highly political. Crazy differentiation between IIT and non IIT an. No appreciation for efforts. Biggggg difference in salary between IIT and non IIT professionals. Non employee friendly environment. Restrictions on taking laptop to out of office even during COVID times. Huge restrictions on accessing websites. Everything is through disorganised workflows. Workwise : Huge politics. Inefficient and incapable leads(don't know how to code) leading the team. Doesn't have any idea on the working and discourages openly when suggested ideas. SRIB should take action on this.
