Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

Dislikes

I don't find the work satisfactory. Very limited tech. stack is involved and skill development is low. You usually work on the same Technology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.

1.Salary & Promotions 2.No HR in this company instead they have ER team(Employee Relations) which are basically10th Passed Operators promoted to Engineer category. They do not know even ABCD of HR and their role, you can never expect their help on any occasions whether it is Mediclaim, Present Role, Promotion, Cafeteria Food, Harrassement etc.

Well many things: 1) Poor workculture 2) Politics & favoritism 3) Lack of leadership skills in senior managers as they have old mindset and approach 4) HRs has no power as they do whatever departmenet managers say 5) If you raise a voice against any issue then somehow you'll thrown out of the org 6) Samsung is a company where performance ratings are either given by managers to their favourites or to hte who haven't received good ones in last 1 or 2 years. It’s good for start but don’t go too much in comfort zone else you will be of no Worth for other companies because chill is here and work is not that good . But if you are passing out from college and wanna enjoy then here you can :)

They don’t work on modern technologies like in web React.js , Node.js . Very few teams work . Most of there code bases are in C,C++ and java
