Nothing, everything is terrible in Samsung Display Noida. I have worked approx 3 years, due to not getting opportunities to get switch. Manager behaviour is very terrible they always misbehave with their teammates.

Very poorly skilled Indian top management. I have seen a high majority of boot.licking people. I have seen skilled employees put aside and less skilled employees promoted by Indian top management. You will face third-class po_litics, which is led and promoted by Indian top management. You will also face a high level of favoritism towards favorite people who belong to the Indian Head and Group Leader. If you want to learn and enhance your skills, do not join this company. Very less work for you if you are passionate engineer. Most of the works are handled by HQ - SDC. You are just for support most of the time.
