Work Life Balance. Free Food. Free transport (struggling). Monthly budget for team party. Unlike service based industry, workload is manageable. Strictly 9to5 kind only adhoc basis shifts. No WFH(even in pandemic). Job Security(untill you do not argue woth korean).

Samsung culture is the worst in any company I've seen. Specially if you're coming from a corporate company or service based industry, then you need to think twice as youll find completely different environment. Completely labour class policies. Only Korean supremacy. Even your manager is helpless. Discrimination is way high. If you're Indian you'll be treated like a labour class... e.g. you cannot even take water bottles because these are meant for Koreans only. Career growth is limited. Salary hike is almost zero. Very poorly skilled Indian top management. I have seen a high majority of boot.licking people. I have seen skilled employees put aside and less skilled employees promoted by Indian top management. You will face third-class po_litics, which is led and promoted by Indian top management. You will also face a high level of favoritism towards favorite people who belong to the Indian Head and Group Leader. If you want to learn and enhance your skills, do not join this company.
