There’s nothing to like about this organisation. Pathetic part leaders with zero skill levels and having lots of power ego.

We can’t even breathe in shop floor, culture is just like Korean series (squid game). Wear mask every single minute, no work allocation, engineer work like an operator. Even experience people’s treat like a fresher. And about Korean leaders are the Hitlers in this organisation, point out in every single small mistakes. Give punishments and demotivating on daily basis.
