There is job security and good work culture from top management, but from project management, very few support given until last moment of target and it is very difficult to introduce any new vendors or contractor for achieving targets.

Dislikes

supporting staff is non experienced and unqualified. No growth of you post. There is no any system for appraisal and policies.
