I love the fact that I am a part of a team another plus points is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Our boss very great personality of about employees so no word for him.

Dislikes

My dislike points about working Samrat Group is canteen facility not available.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
