In Lockdown situation company support very much. It provides work from home without cutting our salaries also CEO understand employees situation in lockdown. Thank you so much for support samin tekmindz india

Only Appraisal process! Company can hire person on higher packages but never provide good hike to old employees that gives his 100% I give my 200% in last year for good appraisal but still waiting for appraisal. Suggestion: Best thing to motivate employees is distribution. Instead of hiring new person on high packages you need to distribute that amount to deserving employee.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The job security. Specially for Sales people as they will ask you to leave in 2 months period of your joining and this is consistent from past 16 years. The company lay’s off twice in a year. No sales process are followed and nothing so systematic. No sales team is there and conservative sales approach.
