The job security. Specially for Sales people as they will ask you to leave in 2 months period of your joining and this is consistent from past 16 years. The company lay’s off twice in a year. No sales process are followed and nothing so systematic. No sales team is there and conservativ e sales approach. After reading this comment if u are thinking that I may be some stupid guy and you are different and will achieve heights in this organisation then please keep your overconfidence and ego a side. It’s a serious and genuine reminder folks. As of now, mostly good upper management has been left. So all things are worst in this company and never suggest to anyone to join this company.

Appraisal is given by company as a Arrears after six months with refundable rules if you give resign before next year of April, you have to return six months appraisal salary. Politics is too high. There is no job security and work life is unbalanced. If you raise your request to upper management, they will start playing with you and start loose your dependency on the project and finally ask to you give resign as your performance was poor....Read More
