Everything ...and JS. Why do you think none of the negative review comments has his name despite him being responsible for all the politics and bad work culture? Because he is the one who gets negative reviews planted. He wants to be the CEO of this company and he plays politics against current CEO behind the scenes which she would never believe or understand. Even she is scared of this guy.

Dislikes

No incremental salary plans. A lot of office politics. Excessive workload. If the company incurs losses, they reduce employee salaries. Managers force employees to work on Saturdays and Sundays. No job security. If you argue with your superior, they put you on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). No work-from-home option.

The job security. Specially for Sales people as they will ask you to leave in 2 months period of your joining and this is consistent from past 16 years. The company lay’s off twice in a year. No sales process are followed and nothing so systematic. No sales team is there and conservative sales approach. After reading this comment if u are thinking that I may be some stupid guy and you are different and will achieve heights in this organisation then please keep your overconfidence and ego a side. It’s a serious and genuine reminder folks. I hardly write any reviews and comments but I am writing this for sake of the sales community to save their time, career, physical and most important mental health. Samin Tekmindz a BIG NO.
