Responsibility in the initial years is good but you will not be able to take any decisions.

1. Company lacks structure, Unprofessional management, Nepotism. 2. Unqualified collegues make for a poor learning experience. 3. Six day work week, 9 hours a day. 4. Extremely poor handling of covid situation. Had to come to office daily, more than 5 people lost their lives coming to office and management still follows work from office. 5. Exploitative workplace policies. Minimum 3 months of notice period where they will not pay you salary. No HR policies for employees. 6. Attrition rate is extremely high. People get fired without intimation and abruptly. They do not pay settlement amount to many and withhold releiving letter. 7. Infrastructure is extremely poor....Read More
