Met some knowledgeable people, team is okay support at times but work culture spoils the bond. Salary is okay until you understand that you have to work extra.

Kind of work done is repetitive and in the name of fast paced work environment very average work is done. Nothing interesting, projects are assigned and you don’t get to choose. Work life balance is very poor, expected to give long hours without any incentive just because you’re young. No bonuses, medical insurance or anything. Hires you as consultant and get away from providing anything. No salary slips ever given, TDS deduction even at low salary. Only yearly appraisal and no such appreciation....Read More
