My Team leader Mr. Kim woon Joon ( P D), Mr Yoo ,Mr shin ,Mr Bae were very cooperative persons. i learned much things which not did before. i gained much confidence in company as section chief. Mr PD every time encourage me for my work. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily incollaboration.i also like the employee re-hire policy here. this time i have not working with company but my wish again work with company. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

sambu construction co. ltd is a multinational company. i learn a lot of from this company like as quality , discipline , working team work etc.

i dislike just following 1. low salary packages according to work. 2. duty time is too much (11 hours per day).

softly speaking, i am working as a quantity surveyor and quantity surveyor role an important part in any company because he have to claim all cost. also bachelor degree holder in civil.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
