Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. My Team leader Mr. Kim woon Joon ( P D), Mr Yoo ,Mr shin ,Mr Bae were very cooperative persons. i learned much things which not did before. i gained much confidence in company as section chief. Mr PD every time encourage me for my work. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee re-hire policy here. this time i have not working with company but my wish again work with company. Almighty Allah bless All persons those help me in my working.
