Good work environment and culture. Senior officials are so comparative. Specially HR department is so strong they always take care all employees. during COVID 19 company support alot . I always thank full to management they take right initiative in right time for betterment of all.

It was my 1st gurukul ( learning and implementing/sharing place) for HR profession, here I learn how to be a perfectionist rather than completing the task also HR is not just a position it's a soul of organization. They opted for WFH from the beginning of the lockdown. Although it was difficult to operate for training, we also got 1 years subscription for the online platform for the same. We have also received a salary without any hesitation, timely payments were just a factor.
