only Salary on time.

Dislikes

No any HR Policies No any management, no any proper target everything on theoretical basis Basically supervisor based company and work without planning given too much unnecessary pressure. There is no any Leave policy, No Sunday off 7 days working and morning in time is fixed and out time after 8 PM depends upon the work. that's means you have to work 112 hours daily and no any weekly off

Supervisors are limited ... Guest houses are of very inferior quality No time limit .. even have to work next day even after 24 hours shift ...
