Being a small, we get opportunity to work in multiple projects and drive it with clients. Since the main consultants are veterans from the industry, you can getting good mentorship.

Dislikes

There is no clear demarcation of work. Hence junior members might end up having mutually exclusive work from multiple project managers who are unaware of your workload. Work culture promotes and glorifies poor work life balance.

Work Details

Work life balance is poor. Work culture seems to have very respect for your personal life. It's quite common to work on weekends and you can expect frequent calls/ work on off- days and even sick days.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
