Its not a dislike but salary cycle should be changed. Start the pay cycle from 21st of every month and close it by 20th of every month and release the salary by end of every month

The work culture is amazing. It is an employee centric company. Management is flexible and always open to new ideas. The organization believes in educating their employees and believes in grooming them so that they can reach their growth potential. I personally, love working for this organization, and I have learnt a lot from my bosses and mentors. I am grateful.

Good for a temporary one month job. If you work longer, you'll risk your career

First of all, there's always a risk of not being paid for your notice period. You either get relieving letter or your money. I lost 16k in FnF. Actually there wasn't an FnF at all. One month salary gone. And I'm not alone. Happened to so many other colleges - I'm losing count. Please have some self respect and don't work here. Now the HR will write a few fake reviews to cover this up.
