culture is good. Skills Development is OK. SM3 Plant QA-Manager supporting Approach is good Month wise celebration and benevolent Funt etc... is good thing 1000 of good things available in salcomp.

Dislikes

sometime way of approach is bad. extra time incase work means cab facility is not avaialble. F&F And detection is poor condition profit sharing is not get if your leave in a company.

Here not that much of work pressure. Here no complicated task. Some benefits is available for employees only good things. Technically strong in the shop floor team.

Inside politics and No wfh Management is dividing employees by 2 category Admin and technician also treating technician category peoples like a secondary people. No promotions Almost every managers and senior guys are technically week bcz R&D doing by Chinese people.
