Here not that much of work pressure. Here no complicated task. Some benefits is available for employees only good things. Technically strong in the shop floor team.

Organization structure is not defined. No management and communication skills. Statistical in knowledge less. Culture partially okay - depending on reporting persons it maybe varry

Inside politics and No wfh Management is dividing employees by 2 category Admin and technician also treating technician category peoples like a secondary people. No promotions Almost every managers and senior guys are technically week bcz R&D doing by Chinese people.
