Nabh multfacility we will come across with all kind of surgery

No time sence ask you to work for more then 12hr need to wait for shift time every night after 12am only can confirm so we don't have time to give for family and any other commitments good place for batchelor who can work without time sense 24/7 it is almost same

Nursing staff is very helpful and understanding

Head of medical administration is pathetic. Very unprofessional behaviour and egotistical. Passes demeaning comments on junior staff appearances. Micromanages the work even though he doesn’t have the knowledge of your field. The managers of medical administration are not even doctors but they try to manage doctors work without sufficient knowledge.

Infrastructure is good. Hospital is clean.

Dislikes

Working atmosphere is horrible. No mutual respect and lot of harassment in the department by the head of the department. Difficult to get leaves. No appreciation for hard working employee by the management, everyone will get only 5% appraisal. So if anybody want to join, join for higher salary and dont work hard in this hospital. I dont recommend anyone to join in radiology department.
