Micromanages the work even though he doesn’t have the knowledge of your field. 16 hrs night duty, tho night off is there. Sometimes most duties can be night duties which can be quite draining and thrown you off your sleep cycles. Tbh nights duties can get quite busy depending on your bad luck. Too much corporate pressure and complaint from patients. Like all other places salary is average.

Working atmosphere is horrible. No mutual respect and lot of harassment in the department by the head of the department. Difficult to get leaves. No appreciation for hard working employee by the management, everyone will get only 5% appraisal. So if anybody want to join, join for higher salary and dont work hard in this hospital. I dont recommend anyone to join in radiology department.
