Great company culture, work life balance and job security. All in all a safe place to park your career which will grow at a (very) slow and steady pace. Disclaimer : I have only been working here for a year.

Dislikes

Not a very challenging job in the wireless division. Below average compensation, low growth and minimal learning opportunity. Quite a boring job devoid of challenges and further scope. Very low salary growth. Disclaimer : I have only been working here for a year. Had one appraisal.

I would like to work in a more challenging and financially rewarding environment. It's just too simple for and low paying for my taste.
