Bare Increments, poor management, unnecessary HR steps and policies like dedutions for coming even a minute late, during WFH, HR gave strict communications to employees to stay back in Chennai to work, which is difficult to bachelors and migrants from other places. Called everyone to come and take COVID test in office, did not accept any test done at Govt.certified testing centers etc

No Worklife balance, Middle managers have less knowledge. For TCN staffs there are no such policy to have equal payroll comparing with other countries. Though its an mnc but there is no specific meetings, weekly meetings etc. No motivation, inspiration within the company. The worst HR i ever experience.
