Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Not encouraged enough to contribute through new ideas. Reluctance to change processes. Lack of unity amongst departments.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

My experience was good. However I wasn't explained the profile clearly during job allotment. I learnt the role in job. There wasn't much encouragement to take new projects. Experienced lack of proper communication between department and within team.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
