No policy for employee(No PF, ESI, They don't even give appointment letter and experience certificate), Hire and fire policy always there, salary receive at least after 20 days of next month, no increment policy (only fake promises by director) , Director's behavior with staff is very rude, small office (unable to sit properly on that sitting arrangement). Parking is not free. No matter how hard you work they can fire you at any point of time and also hold your salary. Sometimes you have to work on sunday as well without expecting any appreciation/bonus/increment....Read More
