Working under SAI is the best part of job. Management is good and answerable to all situations. HR policies and responses are upto the mark.

Dislikes

job under systra is a mess. Worst management i have ever seen. Policy glitches and unbalanced regulations. Mentally torcher and physically challenges in the job criteria. Vesting of time in this job.

Only few good team members to support and make life easier

Dislikes

Management behavior was nonsupporting. Dominant way of working of leader No work-life balance, no understanding of personal issues. Disturbing again and again to know status instead let do the work. And always question on your quality of work and dedication and improvements required. Almost system based attendance and will have to wait for few days for a minor corrections. Well experienced staff with well qualified management, having faith in ethics , time to time guide the their staff on line or at site. Overall very nice, honest and transperant.

I don't find any adverse either In company's rules and regulations for working or in any member of management.

After acquisition by SYSTRA, france, the organisation was left to die gradually. Earlier, lot of freedom from management to implement ideas and have recognition on achievement.

Dislikes

Nothing is left in the organisation. So called management is highly incompetent and have no idea how to run organisation. Many are leaving job. MOST HOPELESS ORGANISATION NOW A DAYS.

You may get to work on international projects if your repo is good with managers. Else local projects with difficult timeline are your task.

Overall I got to work on many projects with good exposure. However, the design process are outdated and older methodology is preferred since senior staff is not comfortable with upgradation.

Teammates were good to help out when needed but the support from the management was below satisfactory. There is no carrier growth and salary disbursement is not done on time. The situation further worsen when Systra over took the control of SAI for Rail projects.

This company is not interested for the welfare and growth of employees but only interested for the billing amount from the client for the individual employees.

I was working as chief safety engineer to ensure occupational health and safety during the execution work as per the internationally practice norms and penalize the contractor for the non-compliance.
