Only few good team members to support and make life easier

Management behavior was nonsupporting. Dominant way of working of leader No work-life balance, no understanding of personal issues. Disturbing again and again to know status instead let do the work. And always question on your quality of work and dedication and improvements required. Almost system based attendance and will have to wait for few days for a minor corrections. While I was there In Water Division Ahmedabad (during 2017 to 2021) there was no politics at all. All the team membere were friendly. Seniors were supportive. Even During Covid Salary was on time and not a single time salary was hold down or cut down

After acquisition by SYSTRA, france, the organisation was left to die gradually. Earlier, lot of freedom from management to implement ideas and have recognition on achievement.

Nothing is left in the organisation. So called management is highly incompetent and have no idea how to run organisation. Many are leaving job. MOST HOPELESS ORGANISATION NOW A DAYS.
