I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Collogues are good. MD Mr. and Mrs. .Apte - both are kind personality. but the team Management is worst. they torcher the employees from all aspects. Working timings and over time working are equally horrible.
