Its a big export house ,everything is inhouse. And timing is ok..also canteen , convince is good.

There is so many rules and regulations, feels like school, also they make a 3 years bond but this apply on just for employee. Company can any time kick out you. No job security. If u want to go then u serve 3 month notice period but they can make that decision in one day only, and u have to go.

THE BEST THING ABOUT SAHIBA IS THAT THERE IS NO CASTISM PROBLEM. PARTIATILITY BASED ON CAST IS NOT HERE. IT IS RAPID GROWING ORGANISATION SO EMPLOYEE GET SALARY ON TIME. AND ONE MORE PLUS POINT IS THAT THERE IS NOT MUCH GAP BETWEEN HIGHER LEVEL EMPLOYEES & LOW LEVEL EMPLOYEES. RULES ARE EQUAL FOR EVERYONE.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
