Likes

Working environment is very good for all. Holiday and daily timings are perfect. But they never improve employees skills. No Appraisal system and not even timely increment are done.

Dislikes

Working environment is best.. Specifically for ladies.. Timing and working hours are very less by any other organization. But here is no any appraisal system and not even timely increment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
