Well, honestly there is nothing to be like in respect of job at sahara india. Overall it was an terrible and very annoying experience for me because no any specified job role,things are over Channelised. Infact they don't follows any HRM practices or any work culture, they have their own prescribed practices which ultimately nourish you less as an employee but exploit more.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
