Working in Sagoon is a rewarding experience for every employee. I mean, the work culture is amazing. The team members are very cooperative and ready to help in any manner. The frontline managers never stay in the boss zone; they work, eat, discuss, and sit with us and share the same bond which we do with other colleagues. I think cafeteria is small but when people who are doing lunch with you have big hearts, then that small cafeteria is not a major dislike for me.
