I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. 3 monthly incident, flexible timing, 3 monthly Leaves, quarterly bonuses for seniors (but it will be delay 7 or 8 months),

Dislikes

Appraisal delay 3 or 4 months generally, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, Repeatative work, software requirements not clear that's why again and again rework on same projects, always wait for last minute working, slow career growth, no training, infrastructure, 6 day working and many more.
