Micromanagement of indian management No promotions Politics Although they call themselves as global however you will see a lot of difference in the working style and work pressure on people of US/UK in comparision to India They pay a salary of 30000 after giving 9yrs to the company

Leaves and holiday policy is good just because it is an MNC and need to follow the upper managements decision

I can't explain here in words, they give you work of 2 3 people and expect you to excel in all. In case you exceeded the expectations at the end they will say we can't give promotion or best ratings during appraisal. Managers are too much nosy. If you complain about their behaviour to the upper managements they will take revenge through many ways, like giving extra task, ignoring your efforts and taunting below the belt. work culture, life balance, and company policies are great. One who does not want to dwell himself/herself with work and wants to try life outside the work too should be a part of such company.

Very less opportunity to grow, people who are more tenure are given growth chances first. Politics is there in the upper management levels. Micromanagement in regard to working style, working hours, breaks, etc. Salary is very low and even the appraisal rate is lower than what other companies are offering. Job security is less as recently in last few years the employees has faced restructuring. Last year in 2021, more than 100 people were asked to leave due to outsourcing of work.
