1. Initially company had good peoples, so good tech stack 2. Work on latest technologies

1. Work Environment, A lot of unnecessary work pressure 2. No hike since 2 years and due to COVID19 pay cut. 3. Politics at peak 4. Poor and Illiterate CTO and tech department 5. Love of scope to understand the domain and some technology part.

Dislikes

They don't know what they want. What you suggest, they don't like or understand. Outsider opinion hold more value compared to employees. No heirarchy. If you tell your junior to deliver, he will complain to the management and you will be reprimanded for it. Some guys will chill out and just enhance the knowledge. They don't care where the company goes.

I learned a lot. Technical and non-technical. I wished I had not joined them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
