I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

There is no opportunity of growth. old culture no new development nothing innovative. Management dont listen to employee not even once and abusive culture in office.

There is no carrer growth and there is nothing innovative things which is going from 15years will continue the same. appraisal happens once in 2 years or 3 years with very nominal hike. You get to travel different cities. There is internally a lot of politics other than that employee working out there is like a family.
