MD of saffron lifestyle pvt ltd hitesh sir is very good but the managment is not effective they not look at the manpower as a assts they look at as libilities , i am too performer of this comapny almost all the compittion are will RR weekly even unbeatable in target last 2 year each and every month i am achived , i wish to work again with the saffron but not current managememt

Area manager are not able to listen the employee ,, even i have lots of leave are pending will not get cl and com off pl

I am very happy to work with nandu sir sujit sir out Ceo sumit sir MD hitesh sir .trainer AP ,, but not the culture of wotk spoiled current management

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
