I do not see any growth with the company. The real problem is with the management and their attitude. They work and foresee things like a shopkeeper: no vision, no forward plan. All decision making is on MD. I can really stretch to talk negative about the company, but it ain’t worth it! Attrition is high; severely high. No work-lif e balance. No regards for any employee. Lastly to sum it up: it is a real bad place for a professional to join. Even if you are hard pressed, I do not suggest anyone to join. Salary on time is a big problem. Worst place to be working in. Salaries not on time, no work life balance, total loss of control. And even when you leave the place, your accounts are not settled as per the deadlines.

Dislikes

Poor work ethics. Inadequate compensation and no job security. Unsupportive management. Haven't received experience certificate despite several requests. Management doesn't bother getting in touch or respond unless they need you.
