Professional approach missing across Mgmt. While interview they show that they are professional after joining its other way round. New Joinnes are not allowed to do work freely

Dislikes

Unprofessional attitude, they stick to old timers who don't have professional knowledge nor education. Just because they in system for 20+yrs. Team work is missing. Blame game is common.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
