With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Every Single thing, Related to work culture, Salary still awaiting of last six months. No discussion and meeting with Owners. Not even bother to reply on your concern. Booking done clients are waiting from last 6-8 months for property registration. All projects are delayed by 8-10 years. Customer came to office for fight for there home and payments. Vendor payments are delayed a long time.
