I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. As this company is a joint venture with a DOW chemical company, it has lots of processes that are clearly spelled and working is easy.

Dislikes

After handed over the management control to Saudi People there are no professional etheics maintained. You can lose your job at any point in time without any reason. They develop some discriminating policy against expatriates. Joining this company is really risky.
