We got excelent common for traning all, like EWP, fire sefety, LOTO, Work at night(elevated work) and otheres profesoin subjected traning by the vendors. I love the fact that i was a part of a team. Another point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds and welfare worked happy in department.

Threre was nothing to dislike how can i say that.

As we get Notification for prevantive, or corective work some criticals our team excilence to fix the chalanging problem and also we discusad hardly at the sujected issues on all those disiplinery action and work procedure. So it was a good practice on.

Sadara provide all round training then puts you on what you are best at. The atmosphere is excellent as the management culture of assisting in skill development and learning is the best i have seen.The appraisal is very balanced in terms of the room for improvement and your excellent areas.
