Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Management is supportive for all queries raised, policies are okay compared to other engineering services and most importantly salary structure (no variable pay if you are client location) is good & considerable amount of tax can be saved through flexi benefits plan

Job security is a problem once you are thrown out from customer location but if your are Lucky you would be helped by some good people in the company for getting a new job

No proper recognition when you're there. Once you resign suddenly you become the most important person there, everyone gives false promises for on-sites etc and try to retain you and again all the same old bull shit happens. It is a continuous cycle. The appraisal process takes 5 extra months to complete and it's trap to make the employees to stay there completely as you wait for it every year and other opportunities go begging.
