At a company level, Sabre is good but most of the managers does micro management.

Dislikes

Sabre doesn't bother about employees. In my whole career, I have seen 7 layoffs and the management takes rude decissions by laying off old employees too.

There are no good quality work. And recently funding is less, they are moving back to mundane projects. The salary benefits is not upto the market standards as well as perks.
