- Not much Process-driven, which is a weakness in Disguise as sometimes things got complex just because a small process was not followed or implemented. - They should work more on the Compensation Side and the HR Team should work more to reach the industry standards. Majorly, Team Members stay with the company for a longer period because of the soothing work culture but if Compensation is worked on in a proper way like things work in a Start-up, they can flourish more and can get better resources....Read More
