Work Culture is something which is very applaudable, People help each other and even the Top management is very helpful. They help to improve the skill set their employees have the compensation is also fine.

Dislikes

Job Security is poor, the Probation period is too long. Poor Work-Life Balance, Alternative Saturdays are working. The Co-Working Spaces in which office is are very poor in quality.

I was managing all the Performance Marketing and Website related departments in the organization.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
