Shivendra Kr Jha ( employee code SP/2022/05/247) is one of the most Lousy & unprofessional RM of Saarthi , he will reject your attendance whenever he wants or hold your salary if there is less sale for the month ,he has never contributed to even 1 lakh of sales but he will ask you to make 5-10 lakhs a month , Salary is the last thing that the company discuss . When it comes to support , he will always find excuses never support in any form , he will give you fake Promises over phone but never abide by it , trust me I have all Phone recordings of his promises . In Patna market no distributor welcome Shivendra jha he will always ask others to do his duties , also keep few of his BD after us wether I have visited or not , there is also a Geo Tagging app that gives all information , he has no Job just to monitor the Map also check when we check our WhatsApp Msg time and then write in group . There is absolutely no meetings for support just to scold , company pays Rs 4/Km for local conveyance lol, also they will ask for daily Picture of your Trip meter are we employees or Slav……. , no salary on time , no support , ill treatment , rejection attendance even after working the whole day , keeps spy after employee.
