Less time being spent by colleagues and buddies to educate a new recruit. Almost everything has to be self learnt which makes it harder to become a contributer on the project for a long time.

Salary is decent.Due to bulk hiring support team is overwhelmed with work. There is a notice period of 3 months. Internal role changes are also extremely difficult. Overall culture is good but depends on manager.

No job security, they tell us that we don't have any suitable project for you and then they give you layoff and tell us to search for new job. And also they hire new employees and give layoffs to old employees, this is the way they treat their employees. In spite of working so hard and working for almost 2.7 years for the company at the end you get this.

Frequent releases/silent layoffs. Your credit might go to your manager/lead. Very less or no promotions/increments. CEO changed twice in less than two years. Be double sure before joining !!

Good work life balance depending on project to project. Company doesn't believe in hire and fire and does try to find project honestly if a project ends. Salary offered at the start will be competitive but through years of appraisal it may not match market standard.

Dislikes

There are huge changes in leadership in last couple of months. With external investment comming in you may see new names in leadership chain. Appraisal cycle can be delayed sometime. You will not have much to say in appraisal percentage and will have to accept it and go forward.
