S kant management is good, but Engineering Department maintenance manager Mr Manoj Patel Attitude and behaviour towards junior is very terrible and disgusting

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
